YES! It's true!

Due to the raging success and feedback from our last jam - we'll be doing ANYTHING GOES - Part 2! This is a chance for you to post a song that you'd love to try with the group!

Deadline for posting a song is: Wednesday, May 8.

It can be a song from the BUG SONGS page or from one of the songbooks on the BUG SONGBOOKS page (both pages can be accessed from the menu bar at the top of this page), or it can be an entirely new song! Anything goes that you think would work well in a group sing-a-long! It would be great if we could keep adding some more current songs to our repertoire so - to the young and the young at heart - keep them coming!

FORMATTING A SONG for a BUG jam: Songs from Richard G's site http://www.scorpexuke.com/songlist.html can be submitted as is. Other songs should be submitted in an editable document in Chordpro format which means you put the chords [C] within the [D7] text of the ENTIRE song in [Fdim] bolded black. The type should be a minimum of 12 point (I usually use VERDANA) so that it is big enough to read easily from the binders in the pub! This will help save me and Claude a lot of time in preparing them for BUG night! When we have to reformat songs for the binders and the screen presentations, it takes us many weekends and evenings of work. Call me if you have any questions.

POSTING A SONG: If you're unsure as to how to add a song to the list, there are instructions on the HELP page (which can also be accessed from the top menu bar). If you're still having problems, give me a call at 613-526-4313 and I'll do my best to walk you through it.
