What:  Music and Beyond Festival Kids’ Music Adventure at Saunders Farm, A Musical Tour of The World

Time:  11 – 3 (1 hour on stage x 2)

Before the event, we need to provide the Artist Liaison with the names of the BUG performers for free admission. Even if you're not sure you'll be able to make it, I can put your name on the list.

The liaison asked us to advise her of what we need e.g. chairs, microphones, etc. Let me know what you think.

We’ll use our next BUG gathering on June 15th to run through some of the suggested songs and decide on a song list. If you would like to suggest any song choices for this event, log on to the BUG website and add them to the to the June 2011 song list.

We’ll also bring along loaner ukes provided by the Ottawa Folklore Centre for an interactive bit with the audience (perhaps we can use Harry's Pre- school Uke Songbook that's posted on our website in the Songbook category)

If BUG members would like to design a logo for our group that could be used on T-shirts, signage etc., bring your design to the June 15th jam and we can take a look at all the designs and decide on a favourite.

Sounds like a great outdoor event and a way to share our love of the ukulele!
