Mark has edited and posted the videos from our October BUG Spooktacular Fall Jam to the YouTube playlist, and Mike Cox has posted the 2 open mic videos (see all below). To really hear the uBass and get the full effect - play it on your sound system. The songbook we put together for the October jam is posted above - you can play along with us! 

We don't workshop any of these songs ahead of time, this is just how they happen at the jam, first time through - boy do we have messy fun! And isn't that what jamming is all about?!

We play group songs from 7 until 8:30, take a 10 minute break, and then play more group songs interspersed with up to 6 open mic presentations ending at 10:00. Different folks volunteer to lead songs and we're very thankful to all of them! A good number of folks leave after an hour and a half of playing to get home to bed - you'll REALLY notice how the crowd thins out in the 2nd half videos. Oh Ottawa....

For our friends around the world who might not live near a jam or would like some extra jamming, you can play along with the us in all our messy madness wherever you are! You can click on the song title in the SONGLIST at the beginning of the PDF songbook and it will take you directly to the songsheet. At the end of the song, you click on the "BACK TO SONGLIST" link, and it takes you back to the table of contents!

If you're new to ukulele, and want to slow the videos down, just click on the little settings "wheel" in the bottom right-hand corner of the video screen and you can slow the recording down!
