It's that time of year to kick back with a cold drink and strum some summertime favourites! Pick any songs from BUG's SONGS or SONGBOOKS, or submit one of your own favourites - Anything Goes! Wait! - that's a Broadway song - if you feel so inclined...find it and post it! Personally, I'm thinking "Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Tiny Polka Dot Bikini"!

Submission deadline for songs is Thurs July 12.

If you choose a song we’ve already done from our Songs page or out of the songbooks on the Song Book page on the website, just email me at msrogers@bell.net to tell me the title (and in which Song Book if applicable) and I’ll put it on the list. 

If you're posting songs from http://www.scorpexuke.com/ or http://www.doctoruke.com/songs.html ; those are fine for printing. But if you find a song on sites like Chordie or Alligator Bugaloo, you're going to have to do some work in order to make it suitable for printing.

Upload your songsheet to the website in a printable file format such as Word that can be edited. Put the chord boxes, for example [Am7], in square brackets in bold black within the text of the song. The text should be a simple
font like Verdana and large enough to read easily in dim lighting and shared binders - no smaller than 12 point for most fonts and preferably larger if possible. We try to keep songs to one page but don't cram it together in small print just to accomplish that - we will print out 2 page songs.
